Inspection Techniques

GBA’s inspection techniques are of such a high standard, that its customers use them as a yardstick to measure against others within the logistical chain.

  • Using state of the art IT Systems – VDAT (TM)
  • Quality/Damage prevention and control
  • Proactive, innovative and passionate logistics management
  • Importance paid to continuous improvement of lead time and handling processes.

Cargo Handling

Our cargo handling procedures enable us to monitor cargo condition from the port of loading through to final delivery. This information is recorded and detailed reports produced on a regular basis to monitor and spot damage trends. This ensures that prevention methods can be adopted at any early stage saving time and money for all parties involved in the logistics chain.

Multimodal Distribution

GBA recognises that storage land at the port of entry is becoming saturated and that the provision of multi modal transportation within the port sector is rapidly developing as a result.

The aim is to improve the throughput of traffic through the ports and improve the efficiency of the transport system.
