VDAT™

Terminal operations use the advanced VDAT™ system within a fully integrated information environment. This system enables terminal management through:

ALFA™

The ALFA™ (Automated Liner, Forwarding and Agency) solution was developed specifically to support our business operations. The multi-tier architecture that underpins ALFA™ includes some of the most advanced technology available.

Visual Workshop™

To complement our operation which require workshop facilities, we utilise our own Visual Workshop™ application. The system has been designed to integrate with our own internal systems, as well as link directly to customers systems. Alternatively, Visual Workshop™ can be used as a stand alone product.

The Visual Workshop™ application allows us to;

Control and record work on vehicles
Track status of work through the workshop
Assign parts to specific types vehicles
Create standard work packages for customers
Aid in estimating vehicle delivery dates
Handle vehicle warranty or TSB requirements
Pass time and material costs to the backoffice accounts system
